Shop Update April 17th & 23nd!

Hi everyone! Mark your calendars for 2 shop updates! The first will be on Saturday April 17th at 12:00pm (noon) PST.

The second will be later that week on Friday April 23 at 10:00am PST.

I will be doing some new Alice in Wonderland colorways in these updates as well as some tried and true favorites.

I will also be including the first release of the first club exclusive yarn I ever did. It's called "Night" and is based on the poem by Percy Shelley. It will be a Gilded GothSock. I'll have pics up as soon as I can for a preview.

I will be doing another shop update in a week or so...right after I get all the club yarns outta here!

The next update will have Alice in Wonderland inspired yarns!! I super excited about them.

Okay…I have a shit ton of cashmere on it’s way to me which includes sock weight, worsted weight and LACE WEIGHT!!! I’ll be doing a Cashmere only update when I receive it.

I will also be doing a themed update very soon. I am going to do it inspired from Alice in Wonderland so keep your eyes open for more info on that :)

So…like I said…I’ll be posting things randomly throughout the day tomorrow. Good luck and I hope this gives more people a chance to get some things. We’ll see how it goes. I would love to hear feedback from people as well since this is the first time I’ll be doing this kind of update.

Shop Update March 15, 2010

BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH!!!! Or don't :)

I'm doing a shop update (FINALLY!!) on March 15, 2010. I'll be doing it a bit differently than my usual ones. I am only announcing the date, not the time. I will randomly be posting things in there so that more people have a chance to get some things.

I'm just going to see how well it works this way. If it does then this will be the standard for posting....but this is a trial run to see what happens :)

I don't have a full list of what will be in the update yet. Once I do I'll post it up for you all :)

Madrona Fiber Arts 2010

Hi everyone! Sorry I'm such a horrible blogger. I have been busy dyeing up tons of yarn for this years Madrona Fiber Arts which I'm a vendor at. I will have tons of colorways with me in both wool and cashmere blend!

I will be trying to hold back some yarn and set some new GothSocks out each day. Hopefully this will help a little to avoid the empty shelves at Sock Summit again :)

*** Also important notice***

This show will have a price increase for all Merino based yarns. This will become a standard. However at the show I'm including the sales tax in the price of yarn so I don't have to deal with any small coins etc

The prices for the yarns are as follows:

Merino GothSocks - $28
Merino Gothlings - $26
Merino Worsted - $20

I still feel like this is a very reasonable price for my GothSocks. THere is a LOT of work that goes into each individual skein to make it stripe. Prices for the OhMyGoth cashmere blend will remain the same.
